TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Repeal policy:

Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to departure time for a 100% refund.

Cancellations received within 24 hours or less are subject to a 100% penalty. Non-presentations/non-shows or non-use are penalized 100%.

 

Modification policy:

Modification requests depend on availability.

If a date change is not feasible, our own cancellation terms will apply.

 

General Policies:

Your reservation is confirmed and paid in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellation does not apply due to weather conditions, we’re in Costa Rica, tropical forest, please do not trust in any weather App, the weather is unpredictable.

We have the flexibility to modify dates and times depending on the activity to be done. For modifications and cancellations you have 4 channels for communication, email, phone call, WhatsApp (Please use the same phone number provided in your reservation, message through Google My Business/map chat).
